What is this?

A project focused on Ethiopian specialty coffee.

Not a shop. Not a finished brand. A working process — evaluating green coffee samples, running roasting tests, cupping, and building direct relationships with the people who grow it.

The logic is simple: the more steps between producer and roaster, the less of the real work gets recognized. This project exists to reduce those steps.

It's early. The work is already underway.
