What does it stand for?

Full traceability, without exceptions.  Not "single origin." A name, a place, a producer. If that information isn't available, the coffee isn't ready to move forward.

Pricing that reflects the actual work.  A price that seems too convenient means something was compressed. That compression almost always happens at the start of the chain. This project is built to work against that logic, not around it.

No claims that aren't real yet.  The relationships this project aims to build take time. Nothing will be stated as fact before it's actually in place.

Depth before scale.  Understanding a small number of coffees and producers well is worth more than handling volume without that foundation.

These aren't aspirational principles.

They're the conditions the project is being built on.
