How does it work?

The work starts at origin.

Bunna Origin focuses on building relationships with people in Ethiopia who share the same attention to quality, transparency, and long-term thinking.

From there, the process continues through sample selection, roasting tests, and cupping sessions — evaluating how each coffee develops from green to cup.

The goal is not simply to find good coffee, but to understand the work, decisions, and context behind it.

This is a continuous process built through direct experience, observation, and refinement.

Current phase

The project is currently focused on sample evaluation.
